The art of making a Skelly Cap
I don't know about you, but my friends and I were so engulfed at having the coolest, fastest, and most indestructible Skelly caps on the Grand Concourse and Marcy Place. We used broken Crayola crayons to make a number of color configurations by melting bits of the crayons into the caps using coat hangers to hold the caps and a book of matches to heat them.
